Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: May 18, 2026

1. Overview

You may cancel your Start4Truckers order at any time. The amount refunded depends on the stage of service delivery when cancellation is requested. This policy works alongside our Refund Policy.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel an order:

  1. Email info@start4truckers.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request — [Your Order Reference]”
  2. Include your full name, business name, and reason for cancellation
  3. Our team will acknowledge your cancellation within 1 business day
  4. We will confirm cancellation status and any applicable refund amount within 2 business days

3. Cancellation Stages

Stage 1 — Before Work Has Started

If you cancel before our team has begun working on your order and no government fees have been paid:

You receive: Full refund of the service fee

Timeline: Refund processed within 7–10 business days

Stage 2 — Work Started, No Government Fees Paid Yet

If work has begun (documents reviewed, applications drafted) but no government filings or fees have been submitted yet:

You receive: Partial refund of the service fee, based on work completed (typically 50%–75% of the service fee)

Timeline: Refund processed within 7–10 business days

Stage 3 — Government Fees Already Paid / Filings Submitted

If we have already paid government fees on your behalf or submitted filings:

You receive: Service fee refund only (proportional to work remaining)

Non-refundable: Any government fees already paid (state LLC, FMCSA, IRS, UCR, IRP, etc.)

Timeline: Refund processed within 7–10 business days

Stage 4 — After 10 Business Days from Payment

Service fees are non-refundable 10 business days after the date of payment, regardless of work status. This applies to all one-time service fees.

4. Subscription Cancellation

For the Monthly Compliance Plan ($149/month):

  • Cancel anytime — no long-term commitment
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • You will not be charged for future months once cancellation is processed
  • The current month is not refunded as services are provided throughout that month

5. Service Already Completed

If your service has already been completed (e.g., your LLC is approved, USDOT number issued, MC filed), the service is considered delivered and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Government registrations, once filed, can only be withdrawn through the relevant government agency directly.

6. Cancellation by Start4Truckers

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

  • Inability to verify client identity
  • Failure by the client to provide required documents within 30 days of order
  • Provision of false or misleading information
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Conflict of interest or legal restriction

In such cases, refunds will follow the standard policy based on work completed at the time of cancellation.

7. Disputes

If you disagree with our cancellation or refund determination, please contact us directly at info@start4truckers.com before initiating a chargeback. We aim to resolve disputes amicably and promptly.
