3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

4. Payment Terms

All service fees are listed in US Dollars (USD) on our website. Payment is required at the time of order through our authorized payment processor.

Service fees cover our professional service only. Government filing fees (state LLC fees, FMCSA fees, IRS fees, UCR fees, IRP state fees, etc.) are additional and are paid either directly by the client to the government agency or passed through at cost.

By submitting payment, you authorize Start4Truckers to charge the agreed amount and to perform the requested service on your behalf.

5. Service Delivery Timeline

Service turnaround times vary by service type and depend on government agency processing times. Estimated timelines are provided on each service page and in your order confirmation email. Government processing delays are outside our control.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required to complete your service
• Submit all requested documents (driver’s license, passport, EIN letter, insurance documents, etc.) promptly
• Respond to communications from our team in a reasonable timeframe
• Pay all government fees, taxes, and third-party costs separately when applicable
• Maintain confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you

7. Limitation of Liability

Start4Truckers provides preparation and filing services. We are not attorneys, accountants, or licensed tax professionals. We do not provide legal or tax advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Start4Truckers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for delays, denials, or rejections by government agencies, errors in information provided by the client, or third-party service failures.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Start4Truckers website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Start4Truckers and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
