Start4Truckers Terms of Service

1.Nature of Services

Start4Truckers Compliance Services LLC (“Start4Truckers,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a private company providing document preparation, administrative support, and compliance assistance for commercial motor carriers and related businesses.

We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), or any other federal, state, or local government agency.

Our role is limited to preparing, submitting, and assisting with applications and compliance-related documentation based on the information provided by our clients.

2.Client Authorization

By purchasing any service from Start4Truckers, the Client authorizes Start4Truckers to prepare, submit, and manage applications and related documentation on the Client’s behalf, where applicable.

The Client represents and warrants that all information, documents, and business details provided are accurate, complete, and current.

The Client understands that inaccurate or incomplete information may delay processing or result in rejection by the applicable government agency.

3.Service Delivery

Work generally begins within one to two (1–2) business days after we receive all required information, documentation, and payment.

Estimated completion times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Government agencies establish their own processing schedules, which may vary due to workload, regulatory changes, requests for additional information, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Start4Truckters is not responsible for delays caused by government agencies or third-party organizations.

4.Payments and Disputes

Payment is required before services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If you believe an error has occurred or have concerns regarding your order, we encourage you to contact our support team so we can work toward a prompt resolution.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, Start4Truckters may provide documentation to the payment processor or financial institution, including order records, signed authorizations, communications, and filing confirmations, to demonstrate the services provided.

Nothing in this section limits a customer’s legal right to dispute unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
